Introduction of chain mesh conveyor belt
Chain mesh conveyor belt is wire mesh belt with chain attached on both sides. Compared with balance weave belt, it's not easy to be off direction.It works under a temperature range from -55ºC to 1150ºC. Side or vertical guards are available as per your request. It is widely applied on baking oven, quenching tank, washing machine, fryer and quick freezer etc.
Chain mesh conveyor belt is woven by crimped wire rod, two left and right spiral wire. The shaft will insert to the mesh when it woven well . And then shaft will insert to the chain. So that will be the chain conveyor belt .
Chain mesh conveyor belt is driven by chain. Accuratly speaking , The chain drives the shaft and then make the conveyor belt work .That is why the conveyor belt goes so smoothly and well .
